Oregon will maintain public memorial service for Spencer Webb Thursday

On Thursday evening, the College of Oregon soccer program and Spencer Webb’s household will maintain a memorial service on the Autzen Stadium Membership at 6 p.m.

The memorial will probably be opened to the general public. Webb, 22, died final week after falling and putting his head close to Triangle Lake west of Eugene.
