A girl died Thursday evening after a male driver struck a tree on a highway simply north of Eugene, in keeping with the Sheriff’s Workplace.

The 49-year-old driver of the automotive continues to be within the hospital, stated Lane County Sheriff’s Workplace spokesman Tom Speldrich.

Round 9 p.m. Thursday, the person, who’s from Harrisburg, was driving his 1998 Chevrolet Camaro on Prairie Highway close to Beacon Drive and drove off the highway and struck a tree, the sheriff’s workplace stated.

Responders took the driving force to the hospital with severe accidents and pronounced the girl lifeless on the scene. The Sheriff’s Workplace is not but figuring out the girl.

Velocity and alcohol are attainable contributors to the crash.
