BROOKVILLE – Three folks have been arrested after a disturbance in a Brookville residence Tuesday evening.

Tiffany Miller, 25, of Salina, went to her ex-boyfriend’s residence within the 500 block of Perry Road in Brookville to choose up a few of her belongings that had been set out on the entrance porch for her, Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan stated this morning.

Miller believed that not all of her belongings have been there, so she and two folks together with her – Peter McSpadden, 26, of Salina, and Tyson Robb, 19, of Minneapolis – kicked within the door and entered the residence. As soon as inside, they confronted Miller’s ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend. The encounter grew to become a bodily altercation, Soldan stated.

The incident occurred shortly earlier than 9:18 p.m. Tuesday.

Miller was arrested on the next requested fees, Soldan stated.
